Companies, persons, the STAK. Percentages and share classes on the lines, officers where the documents name them. Drawn like a blueprint, from the extract, the register, the articles and the deeds you upload.
The receipt
Every line points to a document
Select any company or arrow and see the document, the verbatim quote and the source date behind it. For a spreadsheet, the sheet and the cell. A claim whose quote is not in the file never reaches the chart.
The review
Where documents disagree, you decide
The email says 25%, the register says 22.5%. Lucy shows both and asks. Pick the document that fits, reject both, or skip and come back. When the count reaches zero, every line is linked to a document or settled by you.
The trade register
Companies checked against the Chamber of Commerce
Each company is looked up in the Dutch trade register, by name or by KVK number. A linked registration puts the number on the chart and in the export, with the date of the lookup. Where the documents and the register disagree on an identity, both appear side by side.
The transaction
Before, each step, after
Lucy reads the file for transfers, issuances, incorporations, mergers and conversions. Click a step and the chart moves to that state. Export one slide per step for the client and the notary.
The next version
Swap the file, keep your work
The corrected register arrives a week later. Add or replace the document, tell Lucy in a sentence what should be different, and press Update the chart. Your additions, your layout and your decisions on conflicts carry into version 2. Version 1 stays as it is.
How lawyers use Lucy

Work with Lucy from your own AI
Connect Mino once to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot and your own assistant can reach Lucy under your login: list your matters, read a chart with its evidence, look up a company in the trade register, or start a new version.
Ask it for a paragraph on the structure for a client email and it reads the chart Lucy drew, quotes included. Ask it to record a correction and the fact is marked as yours, with the basis sentence kept. Where a change would override what the documents say, it tells you so and asks first.
European infrastructure
Your documents are processed and stored in Europe. The model Lucy runs on by default is hosted in an EU data centre.
Your own AI key
Add an Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure or Mistral key and Lucy draws on it, under your own contract with the provider.
No training, ever
Your documents are not used to train AI models. We use enterprise endpoints whose terms prohibit training on customer data.
You control access
Row-level security per matter. Two-factor authentication on every account. Natural persons are never sent to the trade register.
