Mino, provided by Coöperatie Mino.law U.A., builds AI systems for legal professionals. Each agent does one task well. It reads the documents you give it and produces analysis, timelines, summaries or draft text that you review and use in your own work. This page explains where AI is involved and how you can tell. It exists because you should not have to guess.
You always know you are working with AI
Every Mino agent tells you so at first interaction. A notice stays on screen in each agent and reads as follows.

What each agent generates
Not everything on your screen is AI-generated. Where an agent quotes your source documents, the quote is presented as a quote and stays traceable to the document it came from. The AI-generated part is the analysis around it. Per agent, that is the following.

The automatic document classification that runs on upload extracts metadata from your documents (type, date, parties). It extracts rather than generates, and we treat it accordingly.
The professional stays in charge
Mino agents are tools for legal professionals preparing their own work. They draft, map and summarize. They do not decide. Outputs are designed to be checked, with sources linked and citations verifiable, and the disclosure on every agent says exactly that. You remain responsible for what you file, send or advise.
AI and your data
Which providers run our models, where they process data, and under which terms is published in our privacy policy and explained on our security page. In short, the models that read your documents run in EU data centres, on enterprise accounts, under terms that prohibit training on your data. A small number of supporting services sit outside the EU, and every one of them is named in the table in that policy rather than summarised away here.
If you switch on the pseudonymisation pass for a matter, we replace the names we detect with realistic stand-in names before the AI reads anything, and swap them back in the output you see. Detection and pseudonymisation are automated and do not catch every identifier, particularly in poorly scanned source documents. We do not publish a specific accuracy figure. You should review the pseudonymisation change list before relying on, or further disclosing, any AI-generated output based on it. The full explanation lives on the pseudonymisation page.
