Creating Your Account

Nina uses your Mino account. If you don’t have one yet:

1. Visit nina.mino.law (or click “Start je digest” on the landing page)
2. You’ll be redirected to Mino login
3. Create an account or log in with your existing Mino credentials

Onboarding

After your first login, Nina takes you through a quick setup:

1. Select your practice areas — choose from areas like Arbeidsrecht, Verbintenissenrecht, Ondernemingsrecht, etc.
2. Pick specific topics — within each area, select the topics that matter to you (e.g., “AI & algoritmes”, “Databescherming”, “Bedrijfsgeheimen”)
3. Preview your digest — as you select topics, a live preview shows what your weekly email will look like, with sample cases matching your selections
4. Confirm — click “Voltooien” to create your subscription

That’s it. Your first digest arrives on Friday at 08:00.

What You’ll Receive

Every Friday, Nina sends you an email with:

• 3-5 cases matching your selected topics, each with:
  • Case title and ECLI
  • Smart Brevity summary (2-3 sentences on what happened)
  • Why it matters (practical impact)
  • What practitioners are saying (synthesized from law firm blogs)
  • Links to the original judgment and Feitlijn analysis
• Additional relevant cases if available
• Trending cases — most discussed across all 28 blogs that week
