How Many Tags?
Section titled “How Many Tags?”- Fewer tags = more focused digest, fewer cases but highly relevant
- More tags = broader coverage, more cases per week
- A good starting point is 5-15 tags across 2-3 practice areas
How Tags Match Cases
Section titled “How Tags Match Cases”Nina finds cases that have been:
- Tagged by Feitlijn’s AI with matching legal domains
- Discussed in blog posts from the 28 tracked law firms
- Published within the digest’s time window (typically the past week)
Cases with more blog mentions rank higher — if multiple firms wrote about a case, it’s likely important.
