Digest Format
Section titled “Digest Format”Your weekly email follows a Smart Brevity format — concise, practical, client-forwardable:
Main Cases (3-5 per digest)
Section titled “Main Cases (3-5 per digest)”Each case includes:
- Title and ECLI identifier
- Court, date, and parties
- Matched tags — which of your selected topics this case covers
- Summary — 2-3 sentences on what the case is about
- Commentary synthesis (“Wat blogs hierover zeggen”) — what practitioners think is important, synthesized from multiple law firm articles
- Blog sources — which firms wrote about it, with links to their articles
- Source links — direct links to rechtspraak.nl (original) and feitlijn.mino.law (AI analysis)
Also Relevant
Section titled “Also Relevant”Additional cases matching your tags that didn’t make the top 3-5, shown as brief cards.
Trending
Section titled “Trending”Cases with the most blog mentions that week across all 28 sources — regardless of your tag selection. Helps you stay aware of widely discussed developments.
Delivery Schedule
Section titled “Delivery Schedule”- When: Every Friday at 08:00

Sending a Test Digest
Section titled “Sending a Test Digest”Want to see what your current tags produce without waiting until Friday?
- Go to your subscription detail page
- Click Verstuur nu (Send now)
- A test digest is sent to your email immediately
- There’s a 60-second cooldown between test sends
Digest History
Section titled “Digest History”View all past digests on your subscription detail page:
- Scroll to the Digest History section
- Click any entry to expand it
- See: send date, digest type (manual/scheduled), case count, tags used, and case titles with ECLIs
Not Receiving Emails?
Section titled “Not Receiving Emails?”- Check your spam/junk folder for emails from nina@mino.law
- Make sure your subscription is active (not paused)
- Verify you have tags selected — no tags means no cases to send
- Send a test digest to confirm delivery works
