Collections

Collections are curated groups of cases, organized by legal domain, topic, or expert selection. They’re a starting point for research when you want to explore a body of case law rather than search for specific cases.

  • Domain collections — cases grouped by legal area (e.g., “Leidende Arresten Verbintenissenrecht”)
  • Curated collections — hand-picked by legal experts with editorial notes
  • Topic collections — cases around a specific theme or issue

Featured collections appear in a carousel on the homepage. Click any collection to open it.

Visit the Collections overview to see all available collections. Each card shows:

  • Collection title and description
  • Number of cases
  • Author information (for curated collections)
  • Last updated date

A collection page shows:

  • Header with title, description, and author info
  • Case grid — visual cards with emoji summary, headline, court, and date for each case
  • Collection-level sharing — share the entire collection with a link

Click any case card to open the full case summary.

For Pro users: use the collection chat to ask questions across all cases in a collection. This is useful for cross-case analysis — e.g., “What is the common reasoning in these cases?” or “How does the court’s approach evolve over time?”
