Your weekly email follows a Smart Brevity format — concise, practical, client-forwardable:

Each case includes:

  • Title and ECLI identifier
  • Court, date, and parties
  • Matched tags — which of your selected topics this case covers
  • Summary — 2-3 sentences on what the case is about
  • Commentary synthesis (“Wat blogs hierover zeggen”) — what practitioners think is important, synthesized from multiple law firm articles
  • Blog sources — which firms wrote about it, with links to their articles
  • Source links — direct links to rechtspraak.nl (original) and feitlijn.mino.law (AI analysis)

Additional cases matching your tags that didn’t make the top 5, shown as brief cards.

Cases with the most blog mentions that week across all 28 sources — regardless of your tag selection. Helps you stay aware of widely discussed developments.

  • When: Weekday mornings, only when new blog commentary on your topics has appeared since your last digest
  • From: nina@mino.law
  • Subject: the title of the lead case in your digest, followed by “en meer” (and more). A digest without a lead case is titled “Je jurisprudentie update”.
